Troy Skate Park — Attraction in Troy

I've been coming here a few years at this point. It's a typical prefabricated 90s style park: a smattering of furniture with no regards to flow or speed control. It seems like one of those parks that sprung up due to the skateboarding boom of the early 2000s and the city having and some unused parking space; which is probably what it is. I've seen the city replace the skatelite on the ramps, but only when it became obscenely bad. On the positive side, it's one of the few parks in the area where BMX is allowed. It's also one of the few in the area that has lights at night. The locals have built a cement ledge and added some wood boxes. They've been there for over a year, so the city seems to be turning a blind eye to DIY...

Great local place to ice-skate. They just opened but the firepits are nice to warm up and the seating provides a place for non-skaters to see the fun. Lockers would help, to secure personal items and food at the concession stand would be a good addition. We skates for about an hour and a half and the ice was getting chewed up but as we were leaving we heard them announce the Zamboni would be coming out soon, perhaps they can run...

Very nice place for all kind of gaming stuff and spend a day here as it has big enough space to play foos and all outdoor activities and also no disturbances and no goos poo which might bother many people as it’s everywhere most of the time most of the places but they keep this area clean which is very good and make sure you get your water here, you are not far from the town though but still feel like...
