Final Touch Nails & Spa — Attraction in Tucson

The people are usually nice here however, I got my pedicure done on Wednesday last week here it is Monday and my nail polish was coming off now mind you this is gel polish. I went back to have them fixed the lady with short brown hair told me I needed a pedicure I told her I was just here last week and the older guy did not do a good job. Of course she didn’t believe and she had to look it up whatever why would I lie! She offered to repaint them all but charged me 10 dollars for a color change 😒 now why I’m I being charged for you to fix what y’all didn’t do right in the first place. I brought my two daughters with me to get their toes done after paying for all three I gave an 11 dollar tip the lady goes “11 dollars for three people!” I responded and said that’s enough she rolled her eyes and walked away. She proceeds to walk over to the other two ladies that were doing my daughters toes and starts speaking their language now I know they were talking about me right in front of my girls. My girls were looking at me confused and was wondering what was going on. I’m not a confrontational person and it takes a lot for me to go off on anyone bc they don’t deserve my energy however, what I want her and her two coworkers and the manager to know is I paid $115 for the service and I had to pay an extra 10 just for them to fix what they messed up, I feel they only thing they care about is the money which we all know is the truth but to be that dang ungrateful is beyond me and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I will make sure my military friends are aware of how they treat people at this establishment. Remember God will never bless you for treating people bad. To everyone that works here understand that we have a life we have to live too and yes we like to get our nails and toes done but without good customer service you will lose clients and eventually lose your business. Treat people with dignity and respect and trust God will continue to bless you but if you choose not too God will take what you have away. I had been a regular customer for about 4 years and will definitely not be going back because of Robert the owner. I have never felt so disrespected and belittled by anyone before, had always gone there and referred many of my friends and family because I would always get exactly what I asked for. My nails were always done by the same lady with no problem, waited for her for hours but was so worth it because I got what I needed, Robert didn’t seem to like the way I was asking for my nails to be done and started being very rude, rolling his eyes, deep sighs and asking if I was going to tell him how to do things (I am paying for a service so yes I will ask for what I want). Felt so disrespected and obviously he was annoyed because I didn’t want what he wanted me to try ( new nails ) so I ended up getting off my seat because I was not willing to sit there and take his rudeness and him throwing stuff around. I let him know before I left I had felt this way and he was even more disrespectful, did not even turn and look at me once while I was talking and asked “Do you feel better now that you said that?”. The conversation went on mostly me talking and him ignoring me but he never even bothered to look at me or acknowledge me. He asked me to go back some other time to talk to him since people were noticing what I was saying.I was very very disappointed and upset because I have given them my business for years and did not go anywhere else but there but Robert does not care, he talks bad about customers AS SOON as they walk out the door, I saw it many many times in my visits. Having a fresh pedicure is one of my guilty pleasures but I’m very skeptical when it comes to nail salons. Too, being somewhat new to Tucson I had to do my research. So when I heard rave reviews from a few people I know and after perusing the pictures of their work I decided to give them a try. I visited Final Touch and got a full set along with a pedicure. The best part about my visit was my pedicure. The lady that did my full set wasn’t the best and sadly I was referred to her by someone. My nails are too thick and look more like badly filed box nails then they do coffin. You can see my real nails on the side in a few places. And let’s not discuss how my design is no where near what I showed them I wanted. The first nail tech couldn’t do the design I requested from their IG page so she had another tech Try it. She was no help and I ended up with what she came up with. Lastly I believe I was overcharged after going back on their website and seeing their advertised prices. Plus the owner quoted me one price before leaving out for the day then the two ladies that did my hands/nails charged me another price. Tina politely advised me that I had to get cash out of the ATM to pay.
