Was happy they were able to help my daughter and I last minute with a bouquet, and I do mean last minute (they closed probably within 30 minutes). I arrive and showed a picture my daughter provided and the one lady got work, while I chatted with the other lady. I felt great! I thought… the lady working on the bouquet started making comments (jokes) about how she almost got fired for taking my order, “oh geez!” I’m thinking. She lets me know she’s kidding. OK I’m relieved. I continue chatting and thanking them and talking about my kids and so forth. I make the comment about my son playing video games and never chatting and the lady in the back makes the snide comment “well how could he get a word in with you around” or something similar. Just so rude. This experience would had been so great if not for her being such a bully. It was so pleasant until her. She clearly saw me not enjoy her comments, because I clammed up. She continued talking about me in the back room thinking customers (me) can’t hear her up front, “oh I think his feelings are hurt, bless his heart”. Came up front a time or two, “You don’t have to stop talking, I was just kidding”. Well, you’re not funny, you’re rude. Thanks for the flowers short notice but we’re not coming back. Shame on you. Having an orchard delivered to a special person's funeral service at a church, in the same town, was a nightmare. I called them to place the order in the 1st place, and point blank asked them if they delivered to this address, they said yes. I asked point blank if they could get it there before the service, they said yes. All they needed to do was use a GPS to find it. I looked it up on my GPS and even got directions. I had to keep calling them for updates. Long story shot. It was never delivered and I had received no update. I had to call this morning, again.The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because the girl I talked to today was so kind, in spite of my anger,and went beyond to find and call their home address. Gave me a small discount. And promised me a delivered confirmation. I'm watching for that. We got disconnected somehow while she had me on hold and I wanted to get her name. She was the only bright spot of dealing with these people. And I won't be again. I hope other have better luck with...

I stopped in the day before my anniversary and asked for a nice arrangement of flowers. I had planned on stopping by later that day to pick them up, but the staff immediately starting working on an arrangement. While I made small talk with the owner about antiques and other collectibles, the designer completed a beautiful arrangement for me. They even found a box I could set the vase in so I could transport and hide the flowers in until the next morning. I couldn't have asked for quicker, friendlier service and the designer's expertise was apparent in the quality arrangement. Location was convenient, parking was ample, atmosphere was relaxed and selection was abundant. I definitely will return for flowers as well as their quality antiques and...
