I had a big problem with my Lenovo laptop. It kept showing that blue screen of death every time I turned it on, and I couldn't get anything done. I'm not great with computers, just use it for emails and browsing, so I was pretty frustrated. I'd already tried two other repair shops around here, and they wanted an arm and a leg just to look at it and tell me what was wrong. Felt like a rip-off.

That's when I called Sam from TN Computer Medics. He came right over to my house, which was a huge relief since I didn't want to lug the thing anywhere. He figured out the issue quick, backed up all my important files, like photos of the grandkids and some work stuff, and reloaded the Windows system fresh. The whole thing was done faster than I expected, I think it was just a couple hours.

Sam was real nice about it all too. He didn't talk down to me or anything, and he even took the time to show me some simple tips on how to avoid viruses, like not clicking on weird emails and keeping things updated. Learned a thing or two that day!

I had issues with my computer that was WAAAAY past my abilities to fix. A family friend referred me to this business (even though I'm in another state) and I gave them a call. This old fart name Mr. Sam listened to what I had been experiencing and said he could handle it remotely. So, after a few easy steps, and a ton of patience on his part, I was fixed up and ready to go. My computer is working really good now, but i found out he builds computers too, so i had him give me recommendations for what i ACTUALLY needed in a computer to handle the kind of stuff I use it for (heavy gaming, and a bit of school work)... and I'm thinking I'll just get him to build me a computer custom made for my needs. I found Sam when his nephew's computer shop forwarded my call to him. I was having browser issues, and I was not sure if he could help. But he told me about his experience working with different software, and I was impressed. He said he had seen my problem before, and gave me a number of steps to take. He even called me back after we hung up when he thought of another way that might fix the problem. I was able to get the problem temporarily fixed using some of his techniques, and finally a Windows update seemed to have made a more permanent fix for it. He called me back again, and recommended I get BIOS updates from Dell. I scanned my computer on the Dell website, and found that I also needed 9 driver updates.
