I had a very unpleasant experience with Brian. He was rude and argumentitive. He was taking his frustration out on me because he did not know how to ring up an order correctly. He tried to get a supervisor to help me who couldn't ring up the order directly either. Brian then kept trying to pursue me to pay the higher price even though it was wrong. As the supervisor was helping me Brian continued to make rude and unprofessional comments throughout the transaction. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything because of his rude attitude. He also created a HIPAA violation by announcing the status of medical conditions. He then claimed he knew more because he was in the industry for 9 years. Saying I should just pay the higher price. This is highly unprofessional. What makes matters worse is the supervisor did nothing to deescalate Brian's ranting. She would not stop him. I usually don't have a problem here but Brian ruined the entire experience and I don't plan on returning. I will adviseb others to stay...

When I finally got "help," the lady with glasses who was helping me acted like I was the problem. Zero customer service. I asked for her opinion on the products and she basically brushed me off. She didn't even bother to ask what I was looking for, and half the items I wanted were already sold out. What if I was new and didn't know the menu? Instead of helping, she made it worse.
On top of that, she got my order wrong and then snapped at me for "not speaking louder." I had to return to the store to get the right strains as she did not even ask. She was just so quick to get the transaction over.
The only thing that made it worth it was the 30% off for first-timers--but even with that, the experience...
