Plays here are SO well done. Volunteer actors but very professional. Experienced, trained, and talented directors and techs. Great sets and costume choices. Local talent, responsible with copyrights, no videtaping allowed, so that we can keep our permissions to put on the best Broadway has to offer. Renovations are slow in coming. How can we help speed this up? We need the public's...

The Capitol Theatre is the home of the Masquerade Theatre. The theatre first opened in 1927. Parts of the original wooden grid ad fly system as still in place above the stage. This is a wonderful experience! My daughter and I saw "The Wizard of Oz" production and we came out smiling. Everyone should come and see a show to support our local theater. My daughter was asking when we could come back! We will definitely keep track of the shows and make this a regular...
