Sunburst Gymnastics — Attraction in Union

I'm rating this a one star not because of the skills taught in class but the customer service / care received towards me, my daughter & niece. My child & niece were being instructed by a teacher name, Juliana. She was a wolf in sheep clothing. The first incident happened before Memorial Day. My niece informed the teacher told my daughter "she can go back to where she came from". I asked my daughter, 1 Did this happened? & Why didn't you tell me? Her response was I didn't want you to take me out the school. Immediately after hearing that I was concerned so I made it my business to meet with the receptionist and the teacher to the discuss the incident. She stated she didn't recall saying that and there might misunderstanding on the words she used. So I let it go and allowed my child to stay in the program. Then a few weeks later , new session starts and after the second class both girls (my niece & daughter) come to me & say she told us "We both need to just shut up & go to your parents. I asked her as soon as it happened and she immediately starts acting shifty and say I think she don't like me. So I asked who, which one? She responds well which one said I said it? I talk to the owner and he had no care about the situation and just granted me my refund. He never called me to apologize for the incident or found out more details. My daughter is a Chatty Cathy with a lot of energy but she is a respectful kid. She's on honor roll at school and a member of the gifted & talented program at her school. There is no history of behavioral issues at all. So trust me it was the teacher. If there was an issue with behavior I'm always there and could've been made aware of any situation. I will never trust my child...

My 4yo enjoyed camp but the staff and security were just poor. Sign in and out require only a signature in some unattended book. No one watches you pick up your child or interacts with you at all, guest pickups require no ID and anyone can just walk in or out of the building. I didn’t feel safe leaving my child here, and when anyone did speak to me it was an uninterested teen who reported nothing on my child’s day and clearly wouldn’t know what to do with my child in any sort of less than positive situation. Honestly, I thought it was just me until I read previous reviews. I only called to inquire and was treated rude over the phone. The women on the phone sounds exhausted. She doesn't allow you to complete your question before storming out an aggressive answer. I'm huge on customer service especially when my girls are involved. I will be looking elsewhere.
