This is an old hospital, sugar Mill, rum factory, and plantation that is now used by the Nature Conservancy. Technically it's currently closed to the public, which we didn't realize as the gate was open and we drove in and just walked around. A very nice man came up to us and told us it was closed for safety as it suffered damage during the hurricane. We still managed to see the place (only takes like 10 minutes walking around) and there's a little path down to the beach which is very nice and deserted.
