Swingset Warehouse — Attraction in Upper Saddle River

We had the best experience with Swingset & Toy Warehouse! We had originally considered purchasing a cheap set from the other stores but once we entered Swingest & Toy Warehouse we immediately changed our minds. First off, the place is like a giant playground. They have multiple swingsets, trampolines, basketball hoops and a lot of accessories. My kids eyes lit up as soon as we entered (mine too!). We were greeted by Jamie with a friendly smile. She was able to explain in detail each of the swing sets we were interested in, the difference between their sets and other store's sets, lifespan, etc. and very closely worked with our budget. She was able to answer all of our questions. While we chatted, she allowed my kiddos to play throughout the warehouse, which they loved, and they keep asking to go back! We loved so many sets, we actually had to think about it and go back for a second round. Round 2, Jamie and the other employees were just as accommodating and informative as the first time we visited. We ended up purchasing a floor model and it's in beautiful condition. They were able to customize a few things for me (reinforce the deck, put the rock wall on the opposite side and the deck opening on opposite side) which was appreciated. Checkout, scheduling delivery and set up were a breeze. Set up took maybe an hour and they were even able to place it on our sloped yard. If every store was this accommodating the world would be a better place. We highly recommend Jamie and the Swingset & Toy Warehouse to friends and family and look forward to visiting and purchasing accessories...

In our search for the perfect swingset my wife and I went to several places, including Swingset & Toy Warehouse, to shop and do our research. In the end we came back to Swingset & Toy Warehouse in Upper Saddle River because of the selection in their large showroom and rear yard. The various set ups in the showroom gave us a true sense of what the swingset would be like in our yard. It didn't hurt that we had our two boys with us and they were running around testing the various swingsets!

As we came back to meet with Abel a second time, we found him to be helpful explaining the various products in his showroom as well as the products on the market.

We also were looking for a place that would be able to get the swing set installed in time for our son's 4th birthday. Abel was able to give us a date well in advance of the party; and then he did one better by getting us on his schedule several days before our original install date! That is service we appreciate!!

I would definitely recommend doing your shopping and then stopping in to see Abel and making a deal! Highly recommend Swingset &...

UPDATE: Notwithstanding my initial update below, promises made were not kept. Again no response to my inquiries. In less than a year, panels in the clubhouse and on the climb wall have become uneven. It appears their response this spring was solely an effort to have me update my review. I regret recommending them to two friends that made significant purchases. Very disappointed.

Update: While I was initially disappointed in the post installation responsiveness of Swingset & Toy Warehouse (see below), I subsequently discovered that their salesforce did not work the winter months, hence my messages were not initially retrieved. They have subsequently contacted me and explained the seasonal nature of their salesforce. They have addressed my concerns in a timely matter and made things right. I have adjusted my rating accordingly.
