Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Upper Saddle River

Not only were the lights off at 6:45am when they open at 6am, they had no staff at all. The cashier working the gas station side was made to double, even triple up her duties by also working the Tim Horton side completely by herself. I haven't had tim Hortons since I visited Buffalo NY and was excited to stop at this location. A Tim Hortons hot latte with some Gluten Free hash browns and Gluten Free omellet bites, would've been a great start to my 25° morning.

Unfortunately due to having no staff, the caring but overworked employee could only manage making drinks. She apologized and said no one else has shown up yet and she is completely by herself. Making Tim Horton drinks, being the only cashier at the gas station storefront and cooking food is entirely too much for one person. Paying $7 for a drink and having nothing to accompany it was extremely disappointing. I understood why she couldn't make any food at the time.

This locations manager may need some serious leadership training. One employee cannot single handedly preform the job of 3 people and should not be forced to. Especially not for...

When visiting the location, coffee, avocado turkey wrap, and Canadian Maple Donut were all delicious. The staff was friendly. I've been glad to be a regular costumer getting a wide variety of other things as well from 2 for $6 breakfast sandwiches, Chipotle Steak Wraps, and variety of coffee beverages from Creamy Coconut Iced Capp, chocolate & Hazelnut Lattes with Nutella and Cinnamon Oatmilk Latte.

All the spots up 17 were delicious.

Small bright kiosk inside the gas station store, had more than I expected in terms of both coffee and food options. Timbits and donuts were fresh, coffee was hot and fresh, and the selections on offer were excellent considering this was inside a gas station store (hence 4 stars for atmosphere, but really can't complain). Breakfast sandwiches were on offer too but as I wasn't buying any I can't speak to them. Had cold brew (flat and nitro) on tap if that's your thing. Will be back, particularly so...
