They sell things you cannot imagine a store would sell like a barrel of empty coffee cans. Or if you bought a rummage sale scrabble game and it's missing some tiles. I GUARANTEE you you'll find replacements at the Idea Store! And they request all shoppers wear a mask. They offer free mask before you enter the store.

The most random odds and ends for ridiculously cheap prices. I could spend hours here just browsing. It's an odd mix somewhere between a Goodwill, antique store, and craft store. Everything from random second-hand trophies, to school/teaching supplies, to small bits of hardware.

Just the coolest place in the world, whether it’s for meandering and coming up with ideas, or for a specific project. A kind place with kind people and you feel kinder just being inside and more ready for your next emotionally fulfilling art goal.

Customer service can be improves some. We were there last week and were not able to check out due to credit card system (Square) being out of order nation wide (accoding to the front desk). Unfortunatlely, I was out of cash to pay for the stuff that my kids been spending 1-1.5 hour to pick out. The tall lady (I should have asked her name) was really nice to offer us the opportunity to place items on hold. I wrote down name and phone number and even asked her how soon i need to be back to pick up. " we will hold it to whenever". Even my kids heard it.

I was back a week later, as today with my kids. As soon as I approached the lady (blond short hair with glasses) sitting at front desk asking for out stuff, "we would never hold stuff", with her voice tone emphsizing on NEVER. I tried to explain more as she still sitting in her chair without looking for our stuff "We would never hold items" for the second time.

Well, i got it as you said for twice that you would NEVER hold the items. At least the voice tone, the attitude, the courtesy, the smile, or anything that you should have done and could have done to make this community a little bit more friendly.

Kids have been waiting patiently for today so that they could pick up their stuff that they plan to pay with their allowance. Now, they left the store not just with empty hand but also the EMPTY HEART.

Very dissapoiting experience and we will never go back again for purchase...

I love this thrift store and taking my daughter here to find a bunch of “ideas”. The manager Kristin is very unfriendly. I recently had an experience to where their system was down and not able to take the gift cards, which there was no signage to indicate the system was down. The manager did not make eye contact with us. She did not provide a helpful solution. The most she said was to try again tomorrow by calling the store and if we don’t get through the system was still down. She offered to hold the items a day and that was all even though she did not have a slight clue when the system would be up again. I felt very disrespected and the “help” given was no sincere. I honestly felt I was being dismissed because of my race. The only reason I gave this review 2 stars is because the store itself and the associate which was a very nice man who apologized about the whole situation. In addition the manger did not apologize for the inconvenience. My daughter wanted the items so bad so we ended up using cash to make sure she was...

This place thrives on victimizing. They force the customers to wear masks even though the pandemic is pretty much at an end. I saw them harass an elderly deaf woman to put on her mask. She clearly couldn’t wear a mask because of medical conditions but they didn’t care.

They don’t keep regular hours, claiming that they need to rest and hydrate.

The so called manager is this horrid person who will literally run across the store to tell somebody to put on their mask even if there’s not anybody around them. She loves having fights with people about stupid things. Are used to shop here regularly but it’s probably going to come to an end.

They like to create fear and panic. Everything is over thought. I’m sure these people couldn’t make it in any other profession, they just love being victims.

They love talking about politics constantly. There’s a time and a place for that, but not while I’m shopping.

A horrid place, I will not return. Most of the stuff needs to be thrown in a...
