Awesome ziplining! In my experience, cruise excursion ziplines are the same or higher-priced and they aren't near as fun and beautiful as this one. The 2 young women who were our guides were fantastic; very friendly, knowledgeable, happy and helpful. One even carried my daughter's bag for her on the way back. Excellent service from all involved. Everything was organized and efficient. The scale is a "yes" or "no," so don't worry about anyone knowing your weight. Everything felt very safe and we were well-informed. If I did this again, I'd wear more form-fitting clothes. You have to hold on with both hands while riding. There is a small zippered pouch in your equipment backpack for a phone and/or keys. The only thing that I'd suggest to make this better would be to have photos available for purchase, like at amusement parks. It was difficult to get good action pictures. I could have done this all day, but the men/boys in my group would not do this again due to pain from...

Zip tour was fun, but where the parking lot is- there is only one very small sign on your way OUT of the parking lot that says you have to pay to park. It’s quite the way to ruin the experience when you come back to a $125 parking ticket when you were only there for one hour.

Would’ve been happy to pay to park but would definitely suggest either a sign when you walk in, a sign in front of the parking stalls, or words on the actual parking spot that says “paid parking”. Literally ANYTHING to let people know you need to pay.

There were three people that I drove, not one of us saw the sign. When I went to speak to someone about it, there was 2 additional people there complaining about the same thing. All I’m saying is if this is a recurring problem (which obviously it is) perhaps address the issue and reconsider those you’re trying to charge.

I tried to appeal it and got denied. Very disappointed and for that reason alone makes me not want to...

This organization is lazy and unethical. We spent 5 hours of our day for them to cancel our zip line after we paid and rode 3 ski lifts to the zip line. An unexpected storm blew in with a sprinkle of rain and lightning 3 miles away. Understandably The lifts closed also. The issue was, the storm passed. The lifts reopened but ZipTour cancelled and sent us back down the 3 lifts so they could all leave at 5 pm. The person at the register said they don’t zip line when they close the lifts. I replied, “ then why don’t they zip line when the lifts are running? The risks are the same.” Her reply, “ you will get a refund in a few business days”. They were happy to immediately charge me at the time of reservation, yet i have to wait to get it back after they completed ruined our day and trip to the area all so they could go home on time time. There were more than 4 hours of daylight. Be prepared to spend 2 hours from sign in to the...

Absolute blast! My wife was getting a little psyched out of how high it looks on the way up. But once she did it she said it wasn't that scary. She loved it! The staff was really great. The only complaints I have is they should provide water and more shade on the really hot days. The last chair lift ride up was super slow, it keeps slowing down and stopping. If it wasn't so hot that day it wouldn't have bothered us as much. We should have taken more water up. Overall it's a little expensive but something you will have fun with and always remember.

We were a group of 6 and there was two instructors. It was cold when we went however we had to shed off a layer so the gear we had to put on could fit comfortably. The total weight was roughly 10lbs or so if I remember correctly. We walked .5 mile around the skiers it was a quick and nice walk! We did a trial run on a little course they had before the actual one. The instructors were really nice and considerate! Giving us cool information about the area etc. The ride down was fun and the views were top notch.. Great experience!

It's a little intimidating, but once I jumped off the platform, there was no turning back!! It's a fast, exciting ride. Will definitely go again. You actually ride 3 ski lifts to get to the top peak to start your adventure. Very professional staff. They know what they are doing, so you have no worries about your equipment or getting hooked up to the cable.
