I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible skills of an amazing hairstylist, and I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the results. From the moment I walked into the salon, I felt welcomed and at ease, thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the staff.

Ray truly exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail and passion for his craft were evident in every step of the process. He took the time to listen to my desires and concerns, ensuring that he understood exactly what I was looking for. I have been going to Raymond since 2011. Originally, I was a student at West Chester University when I first met Raymond. Although I graduated in 2012, I have been driving at least an hour to continue to see Raymond. I have VERY long, wavy, and thick hair. Prior to seeing Raymond, I had awful experiences at hair salons. Many hair stylist would literally chop my hair and were could not evenly color my hair. My hair literally looked like zebra stripes. It was awful!!! Raymond was able to correct the color and make my hair look natural.

Raymond has been able to transform from hair from dark brown in to blonde. My hair always looks natural, shiny, and never brassy. Raymond has always been honest with me, which I like most about him. My hair has never been damaged. We went through a transition from dark brown to my current color. Many of my friends have had their hair ruin from color processes. I am grateful that has NEVER happen to me. Recently, I called him to schedule an appointment and told him I wanted to go even lighter to a more platinum blonde color. Again, Raymond was honest and suggested we perform the process in several treatments.

In addition to Raymond's expertise, he is very friendly and makes you feel at home. He is always smiling and listens to you. He also remembers everything!

A few weeks ago I woke up to the realization that I could no longer put off "getting my hair done." I was in DIRE need of a cut & color and I wanted it done that same day. I spent the morning calling salons in the area but found no "same day" availability. Upon seeing Raymond's website & excellent reviews of his work, I called. Hearing desperation in my voice, Raymond scheduled me as his last appointment of the day, which extended well past closing time, and mind you, this was a holiday weekend. How many stylists offer to stay late...on a Friday night....AND on a holiday weekend? Wow! Anyway, late that afternoon I walked into this immaculate, beautifully decorated salon and even though he was working with a client, he greeted me immediately. I have thick, naturally curly hair which many stylists find intimidating and don't work well with it. After one of the best consultations I've ever had with a stylist, Ray got to work and gave me an effortless cut, great color and a few highlights to frame my face. I loved it! In fact, I loved his work so much that I called the next morning to get more highlights. Of course, the additional highlights turned out fantastic. I must mention that the cost of Raymond's services are beyond reasonable considering his experience and expertise. I have paid more for far less quality of work at "chain salons." Not only is Raymond excellent at his craft, but is a gentleman truly committed to his clients. And now, I am committed to him....
