We travel all across this country. It is a delight to find places who still care about the customer and what type of product they put out. Service was wonderful here. Everyone was super friendly and inviting. Shane was our server, nice young man. They also have a card to write down feedback. I thought this was very impressive, not because of the card itself; but because the owners put their names and phone numbers on it. Total boss move. May also be why things are ran so well here, not sure. We see owners not giving a hoot in most places these days; so that is why this is so refreshing to see. It appears the owners truly care; which in turn leads the staff to care just as much! My wife had the chipped beef, what we'd call at home S.O.S. (if you don't know ask someone. It is chipped beef in white gravey over over toast). She said, "it is delicious!" 😋 Yep that's the face she made. I had the NY Strip and eggs. The steak was cooked to perfect temperature my eggs were scrambled and delicious. I only have a couple minor complaints. The steak wasn't seasoned, a little salt goes a long way You know they used to trade goods for salt rather than gold at times. There are other spices one can use as well that would have been the difference from a good steak Isalt and a terrific steak all Ineeded to do was cut and eat; but the steak was bland. It was good after I salted it. They also placed a wilted leaf and mealy tomatoe slice on my plate for a garnish. Total waste of time mainly because even though these items were edible, I wouldn't eat them because of their condition. It sounds like a lot but seasoning and a garnish is small potatoes compared to the quality of everything else and the service. Very pleased. Highly recommend. Season your steaks and stop putting garnishes on plates and I'd give it 5 stars all the way across. Ya'll are awesome. We appreciate you and your people and your business!!!
Folks come eat at this place. You won't be disappointed. If you are, I'm sure there were extenuating circumstances; or maybe you just can't be pleased...lol... sometimes we need to look inward. Am I right? Peace and...

Oh, Bistro24, where do I even begin? Let's just say my first visit was a culinary adventure that would make even the most seasoned diner chuckle.
Picture this: I, a hungry patron, eagerly awaiting my fish pretzel sandwich. The menu promised a tantalizing side of tartar sauce. But alas, what arrived was a saucy monstrosity, the fish practically drowning in a sea of tartar!
Now, I'm not one to make a fuss, but I politely asked our server to send it back, hoping for a fresh start. Lo and behold, the same plate returned, sporting a different bun but still no tartar on the side. A simple request for the sauce led to another surprise – the tartar had magically migrated to the lettuce!
At this point, I was starting to feel like I was in a sitcom. Surely, they wouldn't bring back the same sandwich a third time? Oh, but they did! This time, the lettuce was different, but the fish remained the same, a seasoned veteran of its journey back and forth to the kitchen.
Now, I've worked in restaurants, and I know a thing or two about food safety. If a dish is returned, you remake it, not play a game of culinary switcheroo! Bistro24, you've got some explaining to do.
Despite the ongoing sandwich saga, I can't say the same for our server. While the atmosphere was pleasant enough, her increasingly exasperated sighs with each return of my fishy friend made it clear that my quest for a proper sandwich was cramping her style.
Bistro24, you've got some work to do, both in the kitchen and with your customer service training.
Until then, I'll be enjoying my fish sandwiches elsewhere. Perhaps a nice tuna salad at home? At least I know that won't come back with surprise tartar sauce three...
Read moreI will start off by saying that my family and I have been coming here for 16 years. First it was the Exton diner and now Bistro 24. In all the years of eating there the food was good , but was alot better when it became Bistro 24. My husband and I visit about once a week for breakfast. In November we spent $ 15.35 on food and left a $3.65 tip. We get our bank statement in it says we spent 29.00. we have our receipt that shows what we left as the tip. I go in to ask about the mistake and the manager goes in the the back pulls his copy out and brought the waitress out to confront me , she tells me that's what your husband left me and that she even tried to run after us to ask if that was the correct amount. The manager then tells me maybe I should ask my husband first. I told him I know what he left and it wouldn't be a $13.65 tip on a $15.35 bill. I could see he was questioning me instead of wondering about his employee. He could I've handled the situation differently by either offering a $10 gift card or just refunding the $10 back onto my debit card instead he chose to take the side of his employee instead of a customer that has nothing to gain from that. I don't understand why you would bring the waitress out to confront a customer, it's insane .I can no longer eat there, I will be sure to tell all my friends. My family will not eat there now . And they're not bringing their girlfriends or boyfriends either. All I can suggest is that people that go there should check their statement or the credit card statements to make sure that they're not being...
