Unprofessional experience. The owner didn't bother to let me know that she had to close for the day. I showed up for my appointment after getting clothes ready for hours, to find a note on the door. I would have understood that she was sick and dropped the ball on calling/texting me if I hadnt received a very unprofessional phone call this a.m. slShe said that they contacted everyone, including me. This is not true according to my call log. I left a calm, but firm vm saying that I would have appreciated a text, vm, that my time is valuable, and that I was a bit upset. Again, I said this calmly. I was called this morning by an individual basically stating that she did not "appreciate" my telling her that I would have appreciated a call and for politely setting boundaries for my time. I told her that I was sorry she was sick and tried to calm her down as she berated me defensively. I told her I have a young child and it's difficult for me to go somewhere like that just to waste precious time. That I had gotten a sitter, have a car full of clothes that I prepared for her store according to their standards. She replied, "Well, sorry I ruined your whole day." I told her, "I did not say that." She sounded so exasperated and rude, that when she asked me if I wanted to reschedule, I said No. I'm seeing other review(s) that also mention rudeness.
