Very bad experience now coming from a woman that had worked for many fields I called at 11:25 a.m to be exact when I called manager guessing owner cause he thought it was ok to raise his voice at me all cause I was asking when my food was on its way so its 12:52 pm almost two hours later mind you I’m working I have responsibilities myself I do van runs in the afternoon for my clients so I call back and ask hey how much longer raised his voice and said mam I told you we was busy the minute you called to order Okaii sir I understand but as a owner of this pizzeria this is very unprofessional correct me if I’m wrong, but if they’re gonna be that backed up that late, should he have not told the customer it’s gonna be such and such wait time so I can make a choice if I still wanna order from here NOPE NOT ALL 40 something dollars later and I still get the shit out of the stick just cause I have the right to ask how much longer for my food I’m very polite until things like this happen worse experience never again wanted to try something new besides Harry pizza that’s what I get for cheating on Harry’s pizza for house of pizza 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s 1:00 pm as we speak and it’s...

Was my favorite place to order food and have been a loyal customer for a long time, since they opened until tonight. Placed an order for a cheese pizza 2 orders of fish n chips to be delivered 9 mins away. I called after about a little over an hour they said it’s about to go out for delivery in a few mins. Called back 30 mins later asking again if the order was still coming. The woman on the phone immediately gave me an attitude and said “it’s Friday night we are really busy maybe next time you should pick it up your self”. Finally after 2 hrs it arrived. This is very disappointing because this has been my go to place to order food for a long time the owner was always very kind courtesy good food and prices but it’s unacceptable to be treated and talked to like that by a business after waiting 2 hrs for a cheese pizza and 2 fish and chips 9 mins away. I know the owner would not be happy to hear about this experience. My family and I tried this restaurant the other day, and from the moment we called in our takeout order to the time we picked it up, the entire experience was truly positive. The staff member who took my order over the phone was incredibly kind and attentive to my gluten allergy, guiding me carefully through the menu and pointing out safe options.

When I arrived, the restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was just as kind—and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they don’t charge extra for gluten-free pizza! The pricing was very reasonable, and the pizza itself was absolutely phenomenal.

We also ordered gluten-free BBQ chicken wings (non-breaded), which were just as delicious—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
