After hearing many many wonderful things about this place that was nestled in the bottom of a church I finally decided to take the plunge. I decided to visit on a "me" day and I will say I was impressed from the moment I stepped in. I was greeted with an open door into the main area that easily could have been closed to cause an isolation but was not. The decor was so thoughtfully picked out and screamed nothing but class. I was greeted at the counter by a person with a genuine smile and kind eyes. They helped me choose what to order as I was a newbie. I was then greeted by the owner who was gracious and the sweetest person. I think the real tell would be how when she walked away the employee had nothing but kind praise and wonderful things to say about her. To me that speaks volumes. The chai latte was fresh and made perfectly and I can not speak enough about the flaky almond croissant....to die for. The last thing I would like to observe is that everyone that walked into that Cafe was in good spirits and genuinely looked like they wanted to be there. They weren't just there for their "dunkin" fix. They where there for the experience and the feeling that an establishment cares about them. Coffee: 5/5, they roast their own beans and there's something for everyone, whether it's a simple drip coffee or a fancy espresso drink. Also tea and fruit smoothies for the non coffee drinkers. Food: 4/5. This is mainly a coffee shop more than pastries, but the pastries are really good. I've had better, but they are still very good and I highly recommend trying some with your coffee! Atmosphere: 5/5. Really nicely set up with little nooks to sit in. Tastefully decorated with plants and fun furniture but not too much to feel crowded. The mural of a botanical painting of a coffee plant is really well done and is a nice touch done by a local artist. Service: 5/5. Everyone is friendly and thoughtful!
Highly recommend this place. One of the best coffee shops...

Here's what I loved: The setting: the owners have done an impeccable job with the space in both making a lot of space for many people, but also creating nooks for privacy. The kids room and conference room are a bonus. It's warm, open, and friendly. You could get a lot of work done here or have a great and productive conversation. The food: I got a London Fog with oat milk and a breakfast sandwich on Portuguese muffin. Both were excellent. The thoughtfulness: I am a stickler for little waste and the fact that they have self-serve water with reusable cups is huge to me.
I'm not in Uxbridge often, but when I am, I will...
