I have been frequenting this store for 20 years, (currently living 45min away, I make the drive for the selection, prices and quality) prior to the recent changes, I would have given it a 5 star review. BUT ... when I last visited (1 week ago) I saw they had somewhat rearranged the store. I was fine with this, but they changed the racks for shirts. Previously the shirts were on a single level rack that positioned the bar approximately 4 ' from the floor. (Perfect height to view the shirts and comfortably slide along the bar to see next one in order). Now they have them on a 2 level rack ... Bottom level approximately 3' off the floor and the top level at approximately 6' off the floor. I started to look at the top rack shirts and after viewing 1/4 of the top rack, my arm and neck were aching. As a result, I only was able to look at what was on the lower rack. I am a 5'5" woman and struggled to view the items on the upper rack. For women that are shorter than I am, I do not see how they could look thru the upper rack. And if you are handicapped, having to use a wheelchair, cane or walker, I do not see how you could view the upper rack of items. I am not sure this new setup is handicap accessible??? I hope they realize this change is not user/customer friendly and return to the one level racks. I did mention my concerns and frustration to the clerk when I checked out with 3 shirts (I normally purchase 12+ and normally spend an average of $75) this purchase was $12. I am looking around for other quality thrift stores that are more...

No return policies or store credit for items that stops working after buying, and high prices. $80.00 for a shirt? $100 for a jacket? Normal used shirts for 14.99? This is a thift shop, not a vintage antique store. Items overpriced and you can't get anyone to help at the counter. They only help their own employees looking to buy gold and silver. No tags on your items? Good luck. They won't sell it to you. Versus Goodwill and Opportunity house who actually puts a reasonable price for you on the spot and accepts returns for store credit!!! Even Antique stores sells you items without prices as long as they can get a hold of the owner by phone, which they actually make! This is a greedy-for-profit hungry company. They supposedly buy donated items and resell for higher value!! What does that tell you?! Save your money for better thrift shops and stores who aren't as rude or thirsty. Watch out for fake products they sell because whether they know it or not, it's absolutely illegal to sell fake products, period. Got jipped on a fake louboutin shoe for a high cost and they won't return. ILLEGAL! Talked to their corporate office and their attitude is even worse than the Vallejo store. They absolutely tell you they don't care about what you say because they can overprice you and employ rude customers if they want. Everything is the customer's fault, not theirs. Ask yourselves, is thisbe how you want to spend...

So originally, this was my go to store whenever I needed clothes, kitchen accessories, etc. However after today experience, I can no longer leave a five star review. If I had the option to not give any stars, I would. First off, the prices are absolutely outrageous. I can go to Walmart and get the same exact things NEW for cheaper. The counter where they keep the "special" things is where I was most disappointed and felt very uneasy about the whole situation. I saw something I wanted to purchase. Not look at or browse. The lady behind the counter was currently helping guest #7. She told me I was #8. While she was finishing up with that particular customer, another person came up speaking Tagalog with the worker. When she was finished with #7, she looked at me and called #9, her friend that she was speaking with. That was the first time in a very long time I felt it was a race thing. Everyone that knows me, knows I am not a racist person. I am very well known for my excellent customer service at Noonie's place. Needless to say, where I used to enjoy shopping at I will NEVER step foot back into. It saddens my heart. I love to support Vallejo businesses. However, I will no longer be spending any of my hard earned money...

This second hand store is definitely worth to visit. The quality of clothes is better than just acceptable. The prices are fabulous. The parking lot is huge. It seems people who donated their goods kept them in good condition. Therefore, their donated clothes possess a good resale value. People want them because this store is very popular in the area. This place is also good for donation. There are a lot of people out there who rent a storage space somewhere paying $100 a month keeping clothes inside for years and not wearing them in the last 3 years that should long time ago be in a donation place just like this one. Therefore, i would encourage anyone to go to your storage area and reduce the ammount of space it occupies with old, obsolete clothes or other goods at least in half. You can see nowadays Storage space areas grow like mushrooms everywhere. People accumulated too many things they do not need anymore, some of them 50 years old and they are still paying for them in the form of rent for the storage. And there is no end to this. If you do not use something more than 3 years, hope when i get in this store again i will see it on the shelves. Visit this store, donate and save money.

This establishment was previously my preferred shopping destination. However, the prices have become exorbitant for used items, rendering it increasingly unaffordable. It appears that customers are being overcharged for merchandise, including items that may have been previously owned by individuals who have passed away. I find it unconscionable that a worn dress would be sold for $64. This practice has led me to opt for online shopping instead. Furthermore, the store's atmosphere is unpleasant, with a persistent, foul odor that worsens when the store is crowded and hot. Upon witnessing these prices, I consistently leave empty-handed. I suggest that the 'thrift store' designation be removed from the building, as it no longer accurately represents the establishment's business practices.

This review is for donation drop offs. I haven’t visited Eco Thrift in a long time and when I went on a Monday afternoon, it was packed on a rainy day! The parking lot was full and it was packed inside. From what I saw it looked like they had some good deals. I specifically went here to try to drop off donations. The hours are Monday-Friday from 7am-1pm only. They take everything for the most part and don’t forget to ask for a tax deductible receipt. The workers were very kind and hard working given all of the stuff they receive. I donated shoes and books.
