I brought my watch to this jewelry store for a battery replacement and a new crystal. When I picked up the watch it had a small scratch on the crystal and glue on the face of the dial inside the watch. I overlooked these flaws because I didn't trust the jeweler to correct it. I figured that I would change the crystal at another time if it gets scratched again. Four months later, while I was moving my arm, the crystal fell out of the watch on to a table. Now I have to replace it.
