I can't say enough good things about MST. For years I was trying to do fitness on my own and eventually caved when I failed a Spartan Super race, quitting early after my energy had crashed. I was devastated thinking I was simply not good enough after all I'd put into it. Then I was recommended to go to MST, where the class structure and the dietary program completely changed my life. I'd thought I was eating healthily, but MST's nutritionist Margaret was able to explain eating to me in a way that even doctors haven't been able to. I started with the 6-week program before committing to a full year. Within weeks I was able to to obstacles like rope climbs and monkey bars for the first time in my life, which I'd never thought I'd be able to do. After a few months, I rematched that Spartan Super race that I'd failed the year before and defeated it. And now I'm looking at a Spartan Beast (twice the distance & elevation of a Super), which I couldn't imagine being possible in my wildest dreams. I wish I'd joined years ago. And it's a friendly and supportive community of awesome people who want to help you reach your goals, whether you want to just get in shape or if you want to become an ultra racer. Incredible place! UPDATE: After being with MST for a year and a half, I just beat my first Spartan Beast. I've measurably tripled my abilities thanks to MST. I'd spent years before running lifting and hiking and was never able to figure out how to get past a certain point. Can't say enough great things about them.
