I recently had the pleasure of dining at Don Chicken in Verona, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! I opted for the soy garlic wings and sweet & spicy wings, accompanied by pickled radish and coleslaw.

The wings were simply phenomenal—perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with flavor. The soy garlic wings had just the right balance of sweet and savory, while the sweet & spicy wings delivered a combination of heat and sweetness without being overwhelming. The pickled radish added a refreshing tangy contrast, and the coleslaw was the perfect creamy complement to the bold flavors of the wings.

Having tried other Don Chicken locations, I can confidently say that this Verona spot serves up the best fried chicken of them all. The quality and taste here are unmatched, making it my go-to for a fried chicken fix.

Parking was easy and they have parking at the back apparently which is great considering they’re located on a very busy road. Ordering online was easy and you could order as a guest and not have to create an account. I ordered the crispy chicken and the soy garlic chicken with rice and coleslaw. The coleslaw was amazing, you can tell it was not from a tub, it was freshly made and delicious and their rice is very nice too. The crispy chicken was overcooked and dry and it wasn’t piping hot and did not seem as if it was freshly made at all. The soy garlic chicken was a little better because of the soy garlic sauce. I’ve had much better and was disappointed because with 4.9 stars on Google I was expecting a lot. It would have been nice not to have to drive an hour away to my most favorite Korean fried chicken place.
