I came to Mr. Fix phones today. Not only is this place super affordable. The staff is awesome. The first time I came here I was in tears because, I couldn't find someone to fix my phone at a affordable price. I explained to the guy that I was going out of town and he was very courteous and told me that I could come back when I returned to town. Whenever, I came back into town the price he quoted me of $35 they did stick too. The second time around I got an associate named Sam. I have never in my life found someone so helpful. First, of all I don't know a thing about anything electronic. He went through every single step and not once did he get mad because, I didn't know what I was talking about. When, I walked out the door a text came to my phone for $5 off which amazed me because the price was already super cheap. Sam was very helpful and had my phone done within an hour(second surprise).I would recommend this place to every single person I know and try to go when Sam's working he's awesome.They quoted me a $35.00 price and in the end it was much cheaper. THEY GIVE $5 OFF FOR 5 STAR REVIEWS!!!! please save your money. my screen needed to be replaced but my face id and camera worked before they replaced my screen. i paid about $200 for my new screen. my phone now overheats, battery dies quick, screen blacks out, and my screen randomly turns yellow. BOTH of my cameras are now broken. i’m being told my phone needs to be shipped off for the motherboard to be looked at, mind you my face id and both cameras worked before they replaced my screen. i’ve called multiple times and have gotten the same answer that i need to ship my phone out. they gave me a “premium screen” yet it barely works and is green when the phone is black or in dark mode. i could say a whole lot more but...

I can't say enough about this business. I came to bring a friend's phone in...It wasn't even my own. He replaced the screen in less than 30 mins and I was out the door. The very next day...The phone was acting up, glitching and whatnot, he opened the phone right there on the spot and fixed it and again...I was back out the door in 10 mins if not less. Fast, competent service. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER...THIS IS YOUR GUY for all your phone repair needs. He also fixes computers too. If i could give him more than 5-stars, I would! Go see...
