Craft Party Supply — Attraction in Vista

If you plan on purchasing their cotton candy DON’T…. We had planned to purchase our candy so we are not rushing all around. We were not aware that cotton candy basically looses its puffiness regardless of where it was stored. When I tried going back to the store one day later, a different lady compared to the nice young girl that helped us her first question was…. Where was it stored? And then goes on to how they have it stored in their store? I ain’t a candy expert and all my daughter wanted was cotton candy for her candy table where I spent $26 plus tax for them. Being a business owner myself, we do things right for our customers but here obviously she didn’t care to allow us to exchange them. We were not aware of the signs all over the register until we got there ALL THINGS ARE FINAL (no refunds totally understand that). We have been going to their Oceanside store for years and stopped prior to COVID and now this occurred purchasing from their Vista store. The store has lots of different things but it's pricey. They will inflate balloons you have but it costs about the same as just buying the balloons from them. The lady there told me it's expensive because their helium lasts longer than the tanks you buy at Walmart. I was curious if that was true and it's not. I bought the tank from Walmart for $20 bucks and the balloons I inflated with it are still floating from 3 weeks ago. The ones I had inflated at the store lasted 3 days.
