Went to this place last week. Walked in ask the girl working there what kind of aguas frescas she had. She was so attached to her phone she didn't even look back at me and said they're right there in front of you. She was the only one there I just said thank you and walked out poor poor service on her behalf. by the way this was the day that truck crashed in front of the store. This is not my first time going there a previous time going there I ordered peppinos no salt as soon as she finish putting my peppinos in there she started putting salt. There is a reason I don't want it's my own personal reason. She said it's not that much salt she said I didn't even put salt. I seen her with my own eyes putting the salt she tried to deny it I told her I did not want it like that I did not order it with salt the good thing about it was she made a whole new one. Felt Unwelcomed. Originally, I was very happy to come here and bring my family. I've been seeing it since it opened, and was excited to finally have the time to bring everyone in. However, the lady over the younger workers was cleaning out the freezer banging the whole time. The thumping was pounding over the workers trying to take our order and continued while the workers tried to ask her questions. She seemed to wince with irritation at our questions, and at us, at what flavors they have. My kids had a strong sense of unwelcomed irritability from her while there.💔 I'm hurt that our 11 year-old picked that up too as she asked, "Did that lady not want us there?"😢

These people are rude. I sent my young son in . They were laughing at him because he spoke English. They refused to let him order what he wanted even though he provided a photo from the menu. He said they just kept laughing at him.

That aside, they have lackluster product.. Your customers are what let you have a business. Get some social skills and manners if you want to keep them. From a mom's perspective, to intimidate and bully a little boy is just a testament to the weak and sad person you are. AVOID THIS PLACE, there's a much better ,similar place on Emerald.
