I’ve gone to Tacos Don Paco a few times the food is pretty good and service is okay and atmosphere is basic but clean. Tonight was the first time I came across an issue and it’s unfortunate it wasn’t resolved. I called in and ordered a California burrito that would be picked up. When I ordered I had asked what comes in the California burrito then I asked for no pico de gallo however when I received the burrito it had onion and cilantro when I called to ask why they said that the guacamole has onion and cilantro in it. If I ask what comes in the burrito it would have been a good idea to mention that the guacamole comes with onion and cilantro. To tell me that is just how it comes like instead of taking accountability for not letting me know when I asked is unprofessional. Then expecting me to drive to give you the burrito and get a new one the same night is ridiculously inconvenient for me. You could offer to give me a new one or a discount for the next order. Read moreDon Pacos Tacos is as authentic as you can get in the california mexican cuisine, Let's start with the sauce: so many different kinds! 1 and 2 are the spiciest and they bother flavorful as well as hot...I always get a shrimp quesodilla...which is off the hook! They cook the shrimp in garlic and oil and stack each piece with a white cheese that stretches as you rip into it! Yesterday I got a "tacos dorados" which was a crunchy taco filled with potatoes and smothered in a creamy sauce and lettuce...and some cotija cheese sprinkled on top...they have a big window so you can see what they're cooking...this is great for cleanliness and entertainment, they have a great setup for al pastor adovado meat that is shaved off an upright rotisserie...if I wasn't a pescatarian I'd take that down in a heartbeat...all I'm all it is a great eatery and fine...

They have a pretty good selection here, and everything is perfectly priced. Tacos range between $2-4 dollars, even outside of Taco Tuesday. Burritos are between $10 and $14 (The most expensive is the Surf and Turf, which is normal.)
We shared the Adobada Fries, she had a Carnitas Taco (not pictured) and I had an Adobada Burrito. The fries looked so good that we couldn't wait to take pictures. 😂 She said that it was some of the best carnitas she's ever had, and the adobada itself was great. The Burrito was a little underwhelming, which is disappointing.
Overall, great spot, great service. Only docked a star for portion size and the Burrito which was a bit soggy...
