Beautiful park! We discovered this park while exploring downtown Wabash during a summer stay at a nearby Airbnb grain silo tiny home. The park has a wide, paved walking path that weaves past historic (recreated) log cabins, open areas, woodlands, and along the river. Detailed interpretive signage throughout the park tells the story of the area's history. We had our rescue dog with us and saw many other dogs being walked (on leash) in this dog friendly park. There is a large parking lot, a picnic shelter near the park entrance, restrooms, and the grounds are very...

Visited for the annual October Chili Cookoff. We really enjoyed walking through the park. Despite the many people, it was easy to get around and parking was quite ample.

For Pokémon Go players, the park is a nest with decent amounts of a select Pokémon rotating biweekly. There are several Gyms and Stops within the...

Great place to walk with the family or sweetheart. It connects to the river trail and offers plenty of shade and interesting historic cabins. I was at this park for the Cannonball Chili Cook-off. The park was very clean and well organized with all the booths and walking paths. This history at this park is very interesting that's posted on he plaques. Very scenic park next to the river. I will be back to visit this place after the festival as well.

Nice place for a walk. Access to the Wabash River Walk which now goes all the way out to Lagro. Spots to view the river. Events are held here throughout the year including the local Chili Cookoff. If you know what spots to go to you can get some nice nature photos as well.
