Back right before Christmas my parents went to Goods and picked out a fridge that was perfect size for our family and paid cash. 2 months later we had to call them to add freeon (which we had to pay for) and that didn't fix it! We had a lot of food go to ruin. They brought us a much smaller fridge which we had to pay an extra $100 for them to bring it.. We then had to call them back to our house again within days(which we got a run around with) because the freezer wasn't keeping things frozen which yet again we lost a lot of freezer foods.. We are still waiting for them to come fully fix it. We were told that the 2nd fridge they brought was more in cost.. Well honestly I seriously do not care about how much it cost. I care about it being big enough and suits my family.. We paid a total of $1100 for something we dont want.. I feel we were taken advantage of and done wrong.. I wouldn't suggest going there going by my own...

Don't waste any time wondering if this is the right place, if they have your part, JUMP at the chance to do business here. It's a family operation, that ships anywhere in the country, and the first business of any type I've encountered in decades that applied a shipping-cost-refund, after my item turned out to cost less to ship, than anticipated. Indeed after I asked them to charge for an entire assembly I only needed a few pieces from, they instead charged for only the pieces I needed.

I don't know when we 'went off the rails' to not expect everything I wrote above to be normal, but we sure did. These folks are still doing business the 'old way' or 'right way'. They'll get all of mine, going forward.

Ordered a replacement handle for my rental fridge I broke trying to change the door swing. They were by far the cheapest option I found online. After I placed the order they followed up to confirm my model # and after I sent a photo they made sure I knew the product I ordered was almond and not white like my appliance so it would not match. I really felt taken care of and they even threw in an extra screw that worked great to replace the problem one that caused the original break. The order also arrived a day earlier than expected.
