Not the best well-kept trail but it was at least well-marked. There was no lines in the parking lot but there were plenty of parking spaces. This trail shares the same trailhead as the Isaqueena trail. When I visited, the trail was marked with yellow blazes and there was a sign with the trail name on it at the trail head. Total length was about 5 miles out and back. I would not visit this trail after a rainy day. A lot of overgrown trees but the path was clear. There were a couple tunnels along the trail to check out. The terrain was relatively flat.

Pretty cool bit of forgotten history. Clean area. Costs $2 to get in for both the waterfalls and the tunnel.

They called it stump house tunnel when I was a kid. There used to be a caboose up there on the track beside the tunnel where they sold snacks. Back when Clemson University college used to make cheese in there behind the first doorway. Glad to see it's still on the map for something to see in this area 😊 . There are a lot of trails around that area. Be careful, some of them are slippery and dangerous. The falls are dangerous And around the air shaft on top of the tunnel is a dangerous place. Hopefully it's locked off. People used to repel down thru it into the tunnel. I don't think it's...
