Houston Area Live Steamers — Attraction in Waller

Such an amazing experience! Please come out and show support for this non-profit. It’s free to ride as many times you can within their time window. They have a limited days they operate (there is a calendar - 1-2x a month) so there is usually a line. The train models are fun to learn about. The mile long trek is pretty cool and it shows they put in a bit of effort into the layout. We wanted to go again but we figured more people should be able to ride the train. No seat belts so you do have to be able to sit and hold onto the kids. We took our 7 month old and he did really well sitting in between my legs and holding onto the front of the train car. I love the events that Harris County has, they are very family-friendly and have fun attractions. I love that the staff is super nice and professional, they do their job so well that they make you feel like you are in a real train station. The landscapes that you see in the miniature world are very fun. When it is very hot they help the line move quickly so that people are not standing around waiting for their turn for a long time. Even if you're a novice steam training lover this is a great place to visit. This is a wonderful place to bring your kids all the way up to teenagers if they enjoy trains.
