Casa Bella Inn Huntington Park — Attraction in Walnut Park

I reserved 2x queen beds. And when was in the office i asked to verify that my family will get the 2x queen beds. When we got there we carried up the stairs all our belongings. No elevator And got in the room it was 2 smaller beds NOT the queens. My feet hung off the beds all night. Worst nights sleep i have ever had. But i was so tired i couldn't get up to ask to be switched. And inconvenient my family. There were no easily accessible power outlets near the bed. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. No house phone. No blankets or comforter. No bedskirt on the boxspring exposing the dirty stained fabric underneath. Only a single sheet and a swede throw blanket that was not big enough to cover 80% of the bed so we froze that night. The metal frame kicker was too large for the bed and you cant stand next to the bed without kicking the frame. There were no sitting chairs. Or any reading lights. Lights were all on or all off. When you check in they demand a cash desposit which isnt stated anywhere on the booking site. Good thing i had cash.

Parking lot and exterior walkways and stairs were unattended and extremely dirty. The pool/spa area was a trash...

You get what you pay for, or less. It's a cheap motel, you get a room here because you need a roof over your head and maybe a shower, that being said, here's some things to expect:

Black mold on corners of bathroom and around tub Cigarettes burns in every sheet / cushion despite the no smoking policy An unusably small tv Mismatched and random assortment of pillows A general blanketed feeling of uncleanliness Their maid is short as well so any high messes from the previous visitors will not get cleaned suspiciously dusty sheets / pillow cases poor painting, splotches, signs of intrusive water damage an actively disintegrating shower curtain the wifi is unreliable, slow, and a single step above dial up internet The water temperature in the shower will fluctuate drastically within a range of about 10 degrees throughout your shower the headboard is disintegrating the shower head and rest of assembly are in the process of falling off the wall

Pros: There is pleasantly strong water pressure, and fast hot water to tap there is a mini fridge the AC unit works great despite the uncleanliness, you can trust the cups are clean as they are individually...

this place was nice the rooms are okay only some a lot are dirty my rooms leak mostly on the second floor. the staff is very rude they yell at everything even minor issues the house keepers are always peaking and are very nosey some are extremely rude they also open the door without knocking to "clean" and they do this constantly. its a good place to stay if you avoid staff and lock the top door i guess but honestly its not that great the elevator is dirty smelly and smells like piss its so discussing the bed is hard and dirty with odd stains the bathtub is also stained the kitchen rooms are small a lot of the room refrigerator smell gross too the women staff is so rude they called me and my family slurs mostly from the manager and the staff stayed outside my door while i was moving out i don't reamend this place its so bad and not worth anything i stayed here only cuz i had to the house keeping cant do their job i had to clean the room they day i moved in and find every reason to keep the deposit so...
