Came in about 1:15 to get some ice cream. I know I’m crazy every one outside walking around with Jackets and all. There was a young girl helping out the customers while the older woman stood in the back cooking a phone order. When it was my turn I ordered a banana split. Girl looked at me a little confused and I repeated with a smile. She probably thought I was crazy ordering with this weather. She went to speak to the woman and I don’t know what the older women was saying with the mask and all but her eyes, eyebrows and forehead expression say she was not having it. Told the girl where the stuff was and went back to cooking. She came, split the banana and put it in a LUNCH BOX 🤦♀️. I told her what scoops I wanted and she put the first and apologize it was her first time making it, she is very new and was not trained. I explained how it’s made and she gave me 2 scoops. Poor girl looked nervous and I told her it was OK. She finished up and said the lady said it was $8. I kindly asked if it’s still $8 even though it was 2 scoops. When she went to go ask the lady who not once did I see help her... again this lady looked very upset and stared at me when the young girl came back. I am sorry but I come with lots of experience in Management and this poor young girl was not supposed to be treated like this and put to do work on her own with out any proper training. This young girl gets a 5 ⭐️ from me for trying and being honest and Putting up with older lady for who knows since when she has been all in a grumpy mood and taking it out...
Read moreWorst place I have ever been to! First of all it was like 100 degrees in there while it was 60 outside. Next the service was very poor. It was our first time there my husband and I and once we walked in we walked straight to the line, we’ll we thought it was the line we were on the opposite side. That’s not all, so while we waited for someone to admire us about ten minutes. I just went ahead and asked a female that was there about a flavor of an ice cream, well she ignored me. So then I asked a young guy... he was too busy to even know that I was talking to him. At this point we are still standing on the apposite side of the line. After about 15 minutes we noticed there was something wrong with the line and sure enough my husband asked a man that we thought were in front of us. He said we were on the wrong side of the line. Technically we were the first ones in line lol but no one helped us. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE they could have at least told us to get in...

This time around the service was horrible and the cashier looked very unhappy to be working locked like she would rather be anywhere else except doing her job. Yes the music is still very loud and I had to repeat my order 3 times In order for the young lady that was helping us out so she could hear. Like I said before they need to turn down the music or just leave it off or else this place will continue to make mistakes on people's order, I am very disappointed and unhappy with this service!
