Washington Park — Attraction in Warren

This is more or less an overlook of Warren more than a park. It is probably the best view of Warren that has public access. There are picnic tables and charcoal grills. Small parking lot and a grassy section. There are no slides or playground equipment here, someone posted pictures of a different place on this.
