The Arbor Coffee House Cafe & Tea Room — Restaurant in Warren

**Please read my last paragraph for a hidden secret about this coffee house!!

Today, I’m drinking an “Enchanted India” drip coffee from “The Arbor Coffee House” in Warren, PA! Fun fact: this shop is incredibly well run, and the owner is only 18 years old! This is the 26th local coffee house I’ve visited in PA and NY. This location has hardwood floors, gray painted walls, and an elegant square, white tiled ceiling with five spinning fans. It feels like an old mansion in here! A large clock sits above the fireplace with four comfy chairs below for conversation. A large line of people wait for their cups of joe at this moment, and this seems like an incredibly popular site. This proverbial watering hole for the local business area seems like the perfect place to enjoy a lunch with colleagues or to sip some tea with friends. According to the owner, Devyn, this location originally opened in 2001 with her parents. They ran it for two years, but eventually it transferred owners. Fourteen years later, Devyn decided to purchase the shop!

Devyn says that the best part of running a coffee shop is the fast paced atmosphere. She enjoys meeting people and hearing what they have to say as well. This shop offers many vegetarian options and a variety of drinks for your tasting pleasure. Additionally, the shop features a wide assortment of teas. I’d highly recommend this local coffee shop for the atmosphere and to support the youngest entrepreneur that I’ve met on my coffee journey thus far!

**P.S. Do you need a good afternoon date idea? Or something fun to do with a friend? This shop features something called “High Tea Time at 2PM!” It's currently on reservation only, but it’s just a simple call ahead away. It’s a special occasion for two people, and imagine being in an episode of "Downtown Abbey!" You’ll get a pot of tea (there are a variety of selections), a choice of a sandwich, English scones, and an assortment of petifores (tiny cakes). Thanks to Arbor House staff and owners for always serving up delicious drinks and food! I'd give more stars if possible. Always a great place. Quality is excellent, staff is friendly and awesome. Drinks, food, atmosphere. Doesn't matter if you dine in, or take out. It's always on point! Most recently the large house salad with house made dressing, and black bean patty on top I ordered was one of the best salads I've ever had, especially for the price.
