Terrible service. I called 911 for a mental health consumer. EMT showed up and assessed the consumer. A triage nurse was dispatched for transportation to the VA hospital. The dispatch put in the wrong address, my consumer has waited over an hour and is still waiting. The female employee that assisted with the situation was very rude, combative, insensitive and unprofessional to my mental health consumers needs. I tried to speak with a supervisor Ms. Williams who left me on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on me. I was finally service by a male employee that attempted to assist with the matter. The repeated lack of response from the emergency services is a matter of deep concern. My significant other has made two distress calls to 911 regarding ongoing issues, with no answer. This is not an isolated incident, as previous attempts to contact emergency services have also been unsuccessful. It is disheartening to think that such vital services may not be operating as effectively as required. If I could give this place zero stars I would....... they have the most incompetent individuals off the face of the earth working here.. they're always giving out misleading information they barely understand what you asked and my favorite you can hear their children/tv in the background.... It cost to much to live in this city to receive the worse service from...
