Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Washington

This has got to be one of the worst Popeyes EVER! They are always running out of product at a very early time. How the heck you're always running out the main thing... CHICKEN! Well, the white meat that is! And strawberry jam! DANG, order extra if you know that's the main item that goes quickly! Like who handles the inventory up in there???? And There is always no biscuits ready! The heck!.. Maybe I want a biscuit while I wait another hour for my food! And how is it that there can be no customers in the place and the order takes FOREVER to receive?? Mind Boggling!

The workers are very unprofessional. From the piercings to the yelling back and forth and the attitudes, it's obvious that the manager doesn't care about having polished employees but rather getting his/her check. At least ACT like you want to work there! No enthusiasm at all unless they are talking about their personal live right at the register. WHICH THEY ALWAYS ARE!

About a year ago, I ordered chicken strips, and as the worker was putting the sauce in my take out box, it fell on the floor.. wait, there is more... she picked the sauce up and put it ON my chicken strips! I quickly let her know what I just witness... She turns around and say's "You're right, you're right",(YOU'R D*MN RIGHT I'M RIGHT) then replaces the chicken strip. UNSANITARY! She was NOT going to replace it if I haven't said anything. If anything, she should have replaced the WHOLE box!

Sad to say, but, seems like this Popeyes in particular is definitely a product of its environment! And the surround area, is not a...

I hope the management of this location reads reviews because I'm contacting their corporate office. At approximately 710 pm est on 3/23/23 I went to this location to grab dinner for myself. My coworkers and I frequent this location. After I placed my order, the 2 young ladies on the drive thru window did not realize I could hear them. For some reason. They began to insult me. I never said anything to them, no words, just placed the order. When I got to the window more slick ibdukts so being am adult I said "hey what's so funny". Started look, so I asked "did I say something to amuse you". The one on the window closed the window in my face while I was talking. More insults from her and her friend. I told her she was a reflection of her home training, no curse words no yelling but their behavior was over the top. I called back to speak to the manager but guess who answered the phone 3 to 4 times, pretending to be the manager, hanging up sending the calls to voicemail. People say those in customer service have it hard but when you're insulting a customer for spending money, no matter your age...

It's new years Eve. Not my issue or concerns that you clocked in on that day with no holiday pay, you chose to apply fot the cashier position and come to work... Not me,, so I'm looking at the menu because that's what consumers do, it's not just chicken and go, and this thing of a female walks from the back, to get on register and try rush me , like ok that's it . So I made her get that void card 5times since she in a rush and she ain't the one eating it , then it rung me up for 2 cokes and not 2 chicken wraps as instructed, told her manager showed her manager to the receipt he says to her why the cokes , she said that means wraps... Watch people like her , they either don't pay attention clearly, or stealing from the register ... That's common sense , two wraps in MD costs 4.20.. this DC it was more than 4.20 soooooo 🖕🏿 get it together hopefully. Then I told it to put blackened ranch on my bag with honey it only put honey in bag, ordered Cole slaw, she bagged it sideways and by the hot as chicken so from the counter to walks outside Cole slaw was devastating... Welcome...
