Check every item before you walk way from the counter! The food is almost always perfect. I've never had bad food from here. The grease never seems old the food is hot and consistently the same. The produce (in hot food items) always fresh. I like that. The customer service is hit or miss. Igdaf about the location. They need to treat people better. Some of the prices online aren't always what you'll be charged in store. That's hit or miss as well. Its seems to be fairly clean considering all things. They aren't crazy disrespectful just slightly rude. Oh and the condiment policy is outrageous. I recommend this location as far as food quality but don't go here if you're mad or sad or afraid to voice yourself if there happens to be a mistake with your food because they will try to get u to go for the okey doke you're going to have to speak firm, clear, and respectfully with them. There was initially no one else in there so ordering was quick.

The issue is that right in front of the cashier I was accosted by someone asking me for money to go over to Popeyes

I don't mind giving to those without, I am often myself and I always give. But this was unacceptable when I'm in restaurant picking up my food, dealing with this with no word from the cashier

Secondly, they again didn't give me my coleslaw and when I walked to get it, they spoke in broken English, I said I didn't understand, and they both hung up.

So, no slaw, and like last time I went in the day after I complain they just told me to leave

I "used" to order here 2-3 times a month. But after today NEVER AGAIN!! He gave my husband the wrong order and I don't eat their beef products. So, I called back and they hung up three times. I drove back twenty minutes with the ghetto steak and cheese sandwich and request my money back. This man says, "What am I supposed to do with that?" I will never go here again. I don't think they should be supported in this neighborhood. It's time to pack up when you treat us like that! The BBB is my next stop! Should have given me my $10.50 or correct food.
