Amazing place for kayaking and view of fall colors around the lake. Perfect picnic spot too. Nice trails around for a decent walk.
My son was upset when we first got there and didn't want to get out of the car, but once he did I couldn't get him out of the water to leave!!! They had so much fun so did I, we will definitely being going back again soon!!!
I find this place both calming and beautiful. I prefer week days when is not so crowded. Plenty of parking and conveniently located by Shaw’s supermarket and downtown Waterbury where you can enjoy a nice meal and drinks 💕
