While visiting the store with my husband the other evening around 6 pm, the young girl running the counter was more interested in here phone than the customer trying to get her attention. Once she finally decided to lift her head and come and help, she was useless, I had questions about the pipes and accessories that where on display, only Yo me told 'we don't have that' once I pointed out the thing she does in fact have right behind her, she huffed n turned around n walked away to another person that walked in asking for directions, After standing there waiting for another ten minutes she finally came back and said 'so are you done?' But no... I wasn't... I had driven from vergennes to this store I wasn't leaving till I bought what I came for, regardless of the crappy service When I was done, I asked what the raffle was for, she pointed to the other side of the store n said "some of that stuff" unsure of which stuff she meant I asked her "which stuff exactly?" Editing to address the response below. I had originally left you a 5 star rating because the employee I dealt with seemed interested in helping me and was pleasant. I changed my review to 1 star because I was double charged for my purchase and when I went back the next weekend to get a refund on the over charge I was called a liar by the extremely rude woman behind the counter who swore up and down that her system couldn't double charge. Magically a week later i got a refund. If you manage to stay in business it will be through magic or people who enjoy being lied to and insulted. You thinking that you should have gotten a 3 star rating actually made me blow soda out nose! Ludicrous! Should be a zero...

As others have said the young female employee is worthless. It seems she likes to sit and get paid to stare at her phone, so she sees customers as an annoyance. She just wants to get you out of the store so she can get back on her phone. Prices are very high, even for a VT head shop. Vape stuff is so expensive I would only buy here in an "emergency" when shipping time from online is too long. The guy I dealt with a week ago was super helpful, so if you NEED to go, call ahead, and make sure a guy answers, if not you should wait!
