I was very disappointed with an occurrence with this store. I visited Stowe and went to this store Friday and saw a shirt I wanted for my daughter. I confirmed they would be open on Monday to come back to buy it (and likely a few others). On Monday, I returned and they were closed for training and even though there were two people standing in the middle of the store; no one came to ask when I tapped on the door why i was tapping even though there was a note on the door. I knew what I wanted and could have paid cash so they could "ring it in" later and it would have taken two minutes and training fir good customer service. This place was absolutely awesome, and an absolute must do. The couple that owns it is so nice and friendly and they've been in business for 31 years! Basically there are a bunch of blank shirts and sweatshirts around the shop and all these designs on the wall, so you pick the article of clothing and the decal and then they transform it into a custom shirt for you!
