Intimate setting to see fine plays underdevelopment. Comfortable & relaxed (NOT posh or luxurious). High caliber works-in-progress without sets & costumes, but with truly fine acting & playwrites, directors, & producers present for meet & greet. Special opportunity to see what will potentially be on Broadway soon. Also, a wonderful beach & outdoor music concerts...
