We originally got a bunch of estimates from "big name" concrete outfits and felt so dejected - their pricing was absurd, they treated you like a piece on an assembly line, and they had more bad reviews than good when we really dug down and looked at client testimonials. It was dumb luck that we found R & Re Masonry, and we are so thankful that we did.

Rezi is truly a master in the art of masonry and photos of his work clearly speak for themselves. He was patient with us, answered all of our questions, and made sure that we were on-board and happy with everything he was doing, throughout demo, ground prep, framing, pouring, and finishing. We made a couple of changes to the plan throughout the process and the ever-flexible Rezi took everything in stride without any complaint or issue. Everything came together exactly as we'd hoped, and we can't wait to spend long summer evenings lounging on our beautiful new pool patio!

A big stamped concrete project is a huge investment and one where a little bit of carelessness on behalf of the work crew can result in a disastrous outcome. If you're thinking of having such a project done, read EVERY review for whoever you're considering and if you see even a couple of dissatisfied customers, realize that there is a serious chance that that could end up being you.

We could not recommend Rezi and his team more highly. We had several companies come out for quotes — including some recommended by our pool builder — and many of them just were not listening to what we wanted. Instead, they focused on telling us what they thought we should do. Pricing was all over the place, and the rushed timelines some companies proposed made us uncomfortable.

We chose Rezi because his process made sense and prioritized quality. He laid down rebar and gravel, let it settle for a month before pouring, and then allowed the concrete to cure for another month after. Some companies wanted to do everything — from prep to pour — in less than a week. We are not in construction, but even we knew that was not the right way to approach such a major investment.

Rezi was communicative, responsive, and always willing to answer our many questions. When he outlined the patio with rebar, he had me come out and confirm the shape and size. I decided to make it a bit larger, and he adjusted immediately, clearly explaining the new cost with no surprises.

We used rezi for our stamped concrete pool patio. We got several quotes and rezi stood out among all the rest he was knowledgeable, he did not try to push us to signing on with him he explained his process and what he would do so the job was done right. You could tell he was passionate about his work only willing to do it right and not willing to cut corners. We hired him in December and told him our deadline for completion, he was out the next day to prep the base so that he was ready for springtime. He was always super responsive to texts and calls no matter what day or time it was. His price was reasonable and his work was amazing, he was always on the job site and made sure it was done right. I would not hesitate to contact rezi again in the future for any of our needs.
