Had an appointment with them between 12-4 for them to come repair a deadbolt lock on my front door. At 4:30 no one had shown up yet so I called them even though they had my cell phone number to see where they were. I was informed that they were still on their way over for the repair. 15 minutes later the locksmith arrived - he was nice enough but because they arrived so late and the shop was closing momentarily he said he would see if they had the part before they closed or come back tomorrow. By 6 pm I assumed they were going to be returning the next day as I got no follow up call. The next day there was no call in the morning I again had to call them said some one could be there between 1-2 pm - great. Except no one showed until I called again at 4:30 - no apology given just they would send someone out. Same locksmith arrived after 5 pm -only took him a few minutes to fix and he was done. However, they were repeatedly late, no shows with no explanation or apology and I was still charged over $120. If you value your time...

Will never use Waukegan safe and lock again. They were over an hour late showing up. They gave me a range that the service would cost. Thinking they would go with the lower end of the quote, due to the fact they were well over an hour late for the job, they charged me the high end. Cannot stress enough how poor the customer service is from waukegan safe and lock is. I have called, emailed multiple times and even called their alternate office in fox lake to see if they can help me out, and never a response. Please do yourself a favor and...

Of course control keys and security keys are limited in who can possess them. You would have to get permission or be on a list to have copies made. If you need a safe, this is the place to go.
