VERY RUDE WE RENTED A RUG DOCTOR FROM HERE TODAY AND CAME HOME AND STARTED TO TRY AND CLEAN OUR CARPETS AND IT MADE A POPPING NOISE STARTED SMOKING AND BURNED OUR CARPET WELL WE IN AND BRING IT BACK TELL THE GIRL WORKING WHAT HAPPENED AND SHE SAID WELL YOU GOING TO HAVE TO CALL RUG DOCTOR TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND SAID IT RUDELY WELL WE SAID NO WE RENTED IT FROM HERE 10 MINUTES AGO WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK THEN SHE SAYS WELL MY MANAGER IS NOT HERE SO YOU HAVE TO COME BACK TOMORROW FOR YOUR MONEY BACK I SAID NO PLEASE CALL YOUR MANAGER WE HAVE TO GO RENT ANOTHER ONE SOMEHWHERE ELSE BE/C WE HAVE NEW FURNITURE COMING TOMORROW WELL SHE SAYS WELL I HAVE TO WAIT ON THESE CUSTOMERS THEN I WILL CALL HER WELL SHE KEPT WAITING ON PEOPLE AND IGNORING US WELL I STARTED TO GET ANNOYED AND SAID CAN YOU PLEASE CALL YOUR MANAGER AND SHE SAID IF YOUR GOING TO BE RUDE YOU CAN LEAVE WELL THIS WAS AFTER HER MAKING US STAND THERE AND WAIT FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE I SAID SOMETHING WELL THEN SHE FINALLY CALLS THE MANAGER AND I CAN HEAR THEM SAYING THAT WE PROBABLY BROKE IT AND TO LEAVE A NOTE FOR THE RUG DOCTOR PEOPLE SO THEY CAN COME AFTER US BUT TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK.DOLLAR GENERAL LOST ALL MY BUSINESS I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER ONE WE WENT TO WALMART AND RENTED ONE AND I HAVE PICTURES SHOWING THE BURN MARK ON MY CARPET FROM...

Not greeted, store a mess, and when I checked out and wanted cash back the register didn’t have enough money and the cashier had to call her on her cell phone because she was outside smoking. The cashier then told me I that it’s going to be a little bit. I waited 15 minutes after I checked out for this lady to come back in the store. Horrible. The cashier was ok, she was helpful to the other customers if not anything. As I stood aside thinking that the manager would bring me my cash nope I waiting 3 people deep in line. After 30 minutes of waiting for you literally told me next time be mindful of the sign. In my opinion they should not offer cashback as an option...

Good Price's , service, Great hospitality ,large parking lot and very convenient . Just not enough shopping basket 's ever. There's never been more than 4 ,5 ,6 basket at all time's.The one's they have are not even serviced at all. They never have been; as far as that . All in all really a 4/ in a Half Star. Need more shopping Cart's for elders, handicap, and also atleast one push wheel chair Inside to be left in store at all Times.This is for better service for handicap .
