In our experience, Collett Systems is a great place to go to have your computer problems solved. The techs are knowledgable and personable. Their service is a quick turn around. We got our computer back within two days. When we picked it up we were told to call if we had any more problems. They had updated our Mac's system and generally "cleaned" it up. They also came to the conclusion that there was interference in our apartment that was causing our problems. They gave us a keyboard and mouse to use instead of our bluetooth combination.
