This is a beautiful building full of magnificent artwork. The staff is helpful and accommodating, it’s designed by world renowned architect Jim Shields, and the lighting, facilities and design of the entire museum is itself a work of art.
We saw a show of the works of world-renowned Wisconsin artist Tom Uttech, who is widely noted for his distinctive, dramatic and mystical landscape and wildlife paintings and photography. This exhibit will be running from now until January 12, 2020.
In addition to the special Uttech exhibition, large parts of the museum’s impressive permanent collection are always on display, consisting of a multitude of world-class paintings, sculptures and even exquisite furniture by Frank Lloyd Wright.
We decided to join the museum for a reasonable price ($25 for two people for a year) and will be coming back here often to see this stunning building and all the spectacular artwork...

They also offer opportunities for new artists and high school artists to show their work in a real gallery.
