Chicago Arts District — Attraction in West Chicago Township

This place was MUCH better 10 or 20 years ago. Halsted Street was filled with galleries, cool people and it was bursting with creativity. All that has mostly been replaced with empty store fronts that may or may not have lame public art, and restaurants catering to the upper class. There are two big exceptions.
