Tres Jolie Medical Spa and Wellness Center — Local services in West Chicago Township

I’ve been following Tres Jolie Medical Spa for a while now on Instagram and have always wanted lip filler but never knew where to go. I noticed their great reviews and took that as a sign to finally make an appointment for my long awaited fillers. I just had my appointment Monday the 28th and my experience was the absolute best!! Walking in, the place was so aesthetically pleasing. The front desk staff was very kind and answered any questions or concerns I had. Mya did my filler and she was so helpful and super professional as well! She did an amazing job! My consultation went smoothly and I allowed her to let me know of anything she would recommend for future appointments, that being for Botox, filler, etc. She made sure to inform me of the procedure and how long the process was and so forth. She made sure I was okay throughout the process since this was my first one ever and it was very comforting. I can’t wait for my end results. I have now found my new favorite med spa! I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I scheduled an appointment well in advance, specifically before an international trip, and made it very clear how important the timing was. I planned my entire schedule around a Saturday appointment. In the days leading up to it, I received multiple calls from the business offering to reschedule me for an earlier date and time. I declined each time, emphasizing that I needed to keep my original appointment. Then, on the morning of the appointment, I received a text informing me that it was canceled because the esthetician had called off sick. This felt incredibly frustrating and ironic given the repeated attempts to reschedule me earlier in the week. It gave the impression that my slot was never respected in the first place. Despite noting my specific needs in the system, I felt completely disregarded and, honestly, discriminated against. This experience was unprofessional and left me feeling devalued as a client. This was my first time having a DERMABRASION & SKIN INFUSIONS, let alone any type of treatment in general. As being a guy, why would I need this, but with some convincing I gave in, and boy am I glad I did. Holy cow didn't know my face could feel this smooth, fresh, and clean. My wife even joked that my face looked cleaner probably from all the dirt and lack of cleaning on my part. My face is usually very oily and the pores sure did need some deep cleaning and that they did get. The staff is amazing and detailed, walking you through the whole process. What is being done and how it will benefit you. Dr. Perez did my procedure, and she is awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and caring.
