Juarez Village Tire Shop — Attraction in West Chicago Township

I had the worst experience EVER with Juarez Tire shop! I'm never going back there AGAIN! I went in their shop 3 weeks ago early morning at 9am. The guy came up to me and I explained to him that I have a nail in my Tire and I want it to Patch it up. He said okay move forward and park. So, I did and he patched it up (back passenger side) and then LOOKED at my front passenger side Tire and told me that my other Tire has nails too and he patched it up. So, 15 or 20 minutes later I checked on him and I was standing right there behind him while he was putting the Tire back in it's place (FRONT TIRE). And me worried, I asked him if it was the same Tire and he said yes. So, he was down to his last screws to attach the Tire to the vehicle and I assumed he will put the cover to my rims back in it's place and I returned into my vehicle and right away he lower the vehicle and I said to myself "Wow, that was fast." When I arrived home I was Curious to how the tire turned out. And I notice that my right side tire cover was missing. A week later, I reached out to the manager "veronica" about my missing cover to my rims. She was bit rude that I accused her shop for not placing the cover rims in it's place. And she said that she will try to contact the shop owner if they don't find it they will a buy a used cover rim for my vehicle ✌️✌️and will get back to me soon and that was another lie. Recently today, I called and asked if they found it or when will they give me a used cover rims? Her excuse is that they checked the cameras in their shop and ALL THEY SEE IN THEIR CAMERA'S IS THAT THE GUY, WAS ONLY WORKING ON MY BACK PASSENGER SIDE, NOT THE FRONT!

I said "WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY? THAT I'M A LIER?!"

She said she's not accusing me as a lier but if i keep being rude towards her that she will not give me any service and that she will only go by what she sees on their camera's.

I am not the type of person to Rip-off a shop owner. I am a loyal customer and all I'm asking them is to correct their mistakes and do the right thing to customers, so their customers can keep coming to their shop for tire repairs, and their employees can have a steady job!

I've known their shop for 20 years, I grew up in this neighborhood (Little Village). My family has been coming to their shop for years sinces i was a kid because their prices are affordable. Now.. I'm very upset how they handle this mistake. I believe Veronica was trying to keep me as a happy customer and telling me what I want to hear.

Now I'm stuck with a no cover rim and my vehicle is a Brand New Toyota Rav4 year 2022.

FOR CUSTOMER'S THAT HAVE NEW VEHICLES I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND JUAREZ TIRE SHOP AT...

Looked for used tire on ebay found one for $45 in North side of Chicago called the place and asked how much for tire if I pick up to save on shipping and for them to put it on car they quote me $55 to $60 and I'm like good deal. I figure let me check just in case they are same price these guys are closer than north side, I called and dude quotes me $45 for tire and install included NICE! Used them before for a few tires should a went to them first will do from now on. I get there and they take tire out the trunk change it then put tire on and spare in trunk. Great service good...

They told me I have warranty but when I call them about the tire they sold me they said they never seen me here and I been going here for years use to know a few people that worked their before but now they have new people and they are horrible.. another bad thing about here they are known for using the tires that people trade in on other customers so forces you to come back to them and ask them about their tire which by the end of the day they charge you more DONT...
