This isn’t a review of the product. We were passing through town hoping to pick up various products. We were upset to see that the building was closed during the posted operating hours. We called several times, checked social media, and reached out on WhatsApp trying to get a hold of someone to find out if the store would be opening. We waited in the parking lot for half an hour before leaving. It was a disappointing experience, especially because we changed plans on a cross country trip road trip to come purchase from this shop. I got into exotic meats recently and heard they had kangaroo meat here. I got a pound of that, as well as a pound of camel meat. I've never tried kangaroo meat before, but I had camel meat when I was in North Africa. These exotic meats are much leaner than the beef we're accustomed to in the states. I wasn't sure how to prepare them but after some research about the cultures they come from I made Nourish Bowls with the kangaroo, and a tagine with the camel.
