The Pawn Shop — Attraction in West Haven

I have no clue what or why these people are giving this shop negative reviews for. I have been to their shop many times and as a retired soldier. They are the most professional and upfront people I have veer met. The staff works their hardest to help every customer meet their needs. If you bring your stuff here and they cant give you what you want. It is not their fault in anyway. Remember people you went to them they didn't come to you. And they have an overhead on their business so stop your crying because you didn't getr what you want. And they are a store who supports our military and veterans and I RESPECT THEM FOR BEING PATRIOTS AND PATRIOTIC!!!! Eddie is such a straight shooter when it comes to pawns. always get a hello by name everytime i walk in the shop. The shop alone is great as well as all the others. ive been comin here since lauren did the check cashing and i cant say that i have never had a bad experience here. ive always enjoyed visiting eddie, luie, joe, chuck and matt. best pawn shop around if u ask me.!!! definitely not just a regular or any old pawn shop. i dont consider any of the employees in east coast pawn (all locations) to be jus a person doing a job they make you feel like your friends and treat everyone respectfully. i enjoy every experience and conversation i have with these people. i even take the time to just pop in and say hello alot. thanks

Eddie and Joe are two of the most genuinely helpful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with; bar none. They want to help, they’re there to help, and they practice nothing but the most indifferent helpfulness I personally have ever bore witness to.
